Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports and release notes.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, support staff and other stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PC and LAN environments, especially Windows Server/Windows OS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use tools for data entry, analysis, documentation, presentations, and calculations.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for new features and fixes.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and customer issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes via release notes and demonstrations for customers and teams.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support testing, analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
