Job summary

Harris Computer in the United States is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and execute test plans for new features, bug fixes, integrations, and release validation across multiple platforms.

You will document defects, collaborate with developers and product owners, and craft clear release notes; plus leverage AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency and quality, while contributing to QA process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, documenting defects clearly, and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to produce defect reports and release notes for customers and stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, support staff, and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS environments.
Proficiency with office tools for data entry, analysis, and presentations.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work remotely.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bugs, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate software defects and enhancement requests with stakeholders.
Communicate release changes through release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal teams.
Use approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release notes drafting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and release readiness practices.
