Job summary

Clayton Homes in Wakarusa, IN is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant to support the production team in delivering defect-free homes. You will perform production scheduling, track E-built/E-star builds in Excel, and prepare QA documents such as data plates and homeowner packets.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of QA inspection or architectural standards experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus QA experience.
• Knowledge of architectural standards and building codes is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete production schedule and track orders for the Wakarusa Complex.
• Track E-built/E-star homes in Excel spreadsheets.
• Create production documents: Shiploose, insulation calculations, data plates, and homeowner packets.
• Track QA findings and gateway issues; issue reports as needed.
• Input A.C. letters in AS400 for each home.
• Prepare monthly reports and daily Yard Status updates.
