Job summary

Clayton Home Building Group is seeking Home Building Team Members for our Wakarusa, IN facility. You will perform manufacturing production operations, following standard methods, while ensuring homes meet orders, prints, specs, and building codes with high quality and timeliness.

You will work in a team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals, with benefits including health, dental, and vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Versatility to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Able to communicate efficiently with team members.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
