Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Sr. Manager, Program Work Environment (PWE) Operations Excellence Lead to drive strategic oversight of secure program work environments. You will own PWE processes, align cross-functional teams, and ensure data integrity across databases, Jira, and dashboards.

Based in a U.S. location (Richardson, TX or Cedar Rapids, IA), this onsite role requires Top Secret clearance, senior leadership experience, and travel up to 30% to support program needs.

Qualifications

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
• Experience in closed areas or secure lab environments with government security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own PWE operations and provide strategic direction for processes, tools, and training.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Digital Technology, Cyber Security, Facilities, and Lab Management.
• Ensure data integrity of databases, data repositories, and dashboards (e.g., Jira/Power BI).
• Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritization of operational initiatives.
• Travel up to 30% to support program needs.
