Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Owner for PWE Operations to provide strategic direction and oversee PWE processes, tools, and training across a matrixed team. You will drive data integrity, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination in secure environments.

The role requires a proven track record in leading complex projects, familiarity with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint/Power BI, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.
Experience working in closed areas or secure lab environments.
Understanding of government security-based regulations, protocols, and build standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage groups of people to accomplish complex objectives in a multi-disciplined, matrixed environment.
Substantial knowledge of Collins Aerospace secure programs and projects.
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance preferred.
Experience across Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, Facilities, and Lab Management or related fields preferred.
Experience managing projects using Agile methods preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining business process documentation preferred.
Experience creating, delivering, and maintaining training solutions preferred.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills preferred.
Ability to recognize resource constraints and prioritize team efforts preferred.
Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions preferred.
Familiarity with Jira Service Manager, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI reporting tools preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with stakeholders and tight deadlines preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities
