Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager for Program Work Environment (PWE) Operations Excellence Lead. This role provides strategic oversight of secure program work environments and drives data-driven decision making across functional pillars.

The position is onsite in Richardson, TX or Cedar Rapids, IA, requires high-level security clearance, and offers extensive relocation and benefits. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage PWE-wide communications and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams and managing complex objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of PWE processes, tools, and training.
• Assess PWE processes, tools, and training for improvements and develop resolutions.
• Oversee matrixed team resource planning, prioritization, and communication across stakeholders.
