Job summary

MRC Global in Benicia, California seeks a Sales & Service Representative to deliver B2B customer service through the PVF order process. You will create and enter quotes, process customer orders, and resolve issues to maximize value and gross margin.

Responsibilities include building quotes, sourcing products, and ensuring on-time shipping while adhering to contract requirements and pricing. You will proactively identify sales opportunities and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1+ year in a customer-facing role, inside sales or warehouse services.
Post-secondary education with studies in industrial or sales preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean record at all times.

Responsibilities

Respond to quotes by sourcing PVF products from inventory or external suppliers.
Build quotes balancing customer value and company profitability.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive growth.
Use company systems to create quotes, process orders, and manage POs.
Ensure pricing, freight, and delivery terms meet contract requirements.
Communicate order status and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
