Job summary

MRC Global seeks a Sales & Service Representative to deliver B2B customer service through the PVF order process. You will create quotes, process orders, and resolve issues while pursuing sales opportunities to support profitability and safety targets.

The role requires 1+ years in customer-facing roles, valid driver's license, and strong computer skills. Expect frequent driving and desk-based work with opportunities to engage across teams for optimal customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a dedicated customer-facing role, inside sales or warehouse services.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong computer/software skills and ability to use business systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quotes by sourcing products from inventory or external sources.
• Build quotes balancing customer value with MRC Global profitability.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Use company systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and manage POs.
• Ensure on-time shipping and communicate status to customers; adjust sourcing as needed.
• Verify products against AML or customer specs; consult with managers when needed.
• Support special invoicing, RMA, and order changes; provide responsive customer service.
