Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-facing role or post-secondary education in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to source products, build quotes, and communicate pricing to customers.
• Proficiency with business-to-business customer service and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for quotes by sourcing PVF products from inventory or external suppliers.
• Build quotes that create value for customers and profitability for MRC Global.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to contribute to overall sales growth.
• Use MRC Global systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and issue vendor POs.
• Clarify pricing, freight, delivery schedules, and KPIs with customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate proactively with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate sourcing.
