MRC Global seeks a Sales & Service Representative to support B2B customers in the PVF space. You will handle quotes, process orders, and resolve issues to maximize value for customers and contribute to margin growth.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and coordination with internal teams to secure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. A driver’s license is required, with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role, inside sales or warehouse services.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong computer and software application proficiency.
• Ability to communicate and present information clearly to individuals and groups.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests for quotes by sourcing from inventory or external purchases.
• Build quotes that create value for customers and profitability for MRC Global.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow overall sales.
• Use MRC Global systems to create quotes, locate products, process orders, and issue POs.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, freight, delivery schedules, and KPIs; verify AML/per spec requirements.
