Job summary

Aequor in Missouri is seeking a PV systems administrator to manage Product Dictionaries, perform SQL queries, and support validation testing. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and involves coordinating user setup, training, and front-line PV system support.

The candidate will maintain databases, update Product Dictionaries and Product Family entries, and work closely with IT and vendors to resolve system issues while ensuring proper documentation and dashboards are up to date.

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from GPV database tables using SQL when needed.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Maintain PV system Product Dictionary entries and perform routine maintenance in databases.
• Update product dictionaries and add new entries.
• Update and maintain Product Family and Product Line entries.
• Triage tickets for system support and provide 1st line support for PV System tickets.
• Assist with new user setup and PV Systems setup.
• Maintain PV Systems mailbox and support initial user login.
• Coordinate PV User community training and deliver new user trainings.
• Communicate with PV System User community and provide frontline system support.
• Monitor PV systems and liaise with IT/vendor to resolve issues.
• Support PV documentation review, organization, and archiving.
• Assist with dashboard maintenance and monitoring.
