Job summary

Astrix Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support III - PV Systems Support Specialist to join our global pharmacovigilance team. You will provide frontline technical and user support for PV systems, perform CSV-related activities, and help maintain system documentation and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has experience with GxP-regulated systems, SQL, and strong customer service skills within a collaborative environment. This 22-month contract offers daily support and opportunities for extension.

Qualifications

• Experience with GxP computerized systems in regulated environments.
• Experience running database queries and reports in SQL.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
• Experience supporting regulated pharma or life sciences systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and user support for PV systems.
• Run routine reports and queries from GPV database tables using SQL.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
• Support new-user onboarding, training, and system access.
• Maintain PV system documentation and dashboards.
