Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a full-time professional in Saint Joseph, MO to manage PV system support, run SQL reports, and maintain the PV System Product Dictionary. The role includes coordinating training, user onboarding, and ongoing documentation updates.

Responsibilities cover system monitoring, dashboard updates, and acting as a first line of support for PV System tickets, with collaboration across IT and vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• IT or Business Degree (Associate or Bachelor's) preferred.
• Experience with global systems and users is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from GPV database tables using SQL when needed.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Maintain PV System Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases.
• Product Dictionary updates and new entries.
• Product Family maintenance and product line updates; triage tickets for system support.
• 1st line support for PV System tickets; assist with new user setup in PV Systems.
• PV Systems setup and curricula assignments; mailbox maintenance and initial login support.
• Support training coordination for PV User community and new user trainings.
• Communicate with PV System User community and provide front-line system support.
• Support PV system monitoring and liaise with IT/vendor to resolve issues.
