Job summary

Planet Pharma in Saint Joseph, MO seeks a motivated IT/QA support specialist to manage GPV SQL reports, maintain PV system documentation, and coordinate user onboarding and training. You will act as 1st line PV system support, triage tickets, and liaise with IT and vendors to ensure system reliability.

The role emphasizes GMP-aligned IT processes, cross-functional teamwork, and proactive maintenance of PV documentation and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from GPV database tables using SQL.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Maintain Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in PV databases.
• Update product dictionaries and add new entries.
• Perform product family maintenance and product line updates.
• Triage tickets for PV system support and act as 1st line of support.
• Assist with new user setup in PV Systems and PV system setup.
• Coordinate curricula assignments and mailbox maintenance.
• Support initial user login and user community trainings for PV Systems.
• Monitor PV systems and liaise with IT/vendor to resolve issues.

Responsibilities during RFP project

• Responsible for running routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL when needed


• Support computerized system validation testing


• Responsible for PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases


• Product Dictionary updates and new entries

• Product Line updates


• Responsible for triage tickets for system support
