Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Warranty Manager to lead the warranty phase across PRE projects. You will act as the principal client contact for warranty claims and status updates, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with field leaders.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, customer focus, and the ability to mobilize resources to close claims efficiently. Occasional travel is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Strong customer focus and technical PV solar knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty phase of all PRE projects with safety emphasis.
• Interface with customers, submit and track warranty claims.
• Serve as primary client contact for warranty updates.
• Coordinate with General/Superintendents for resources to close claims.
• Direct warranty technician teams and maintain a consolidated claim log.
• Deliver end-of-warranty presentations to clients.
