Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a unit of Primoris Services Corporation, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, construction, and completion of a utility-scale solar project. You will manage engineering, scheduling, safety, and client relations throughout the lifecycle, with extensive travel required.

The role requires senior-level PM experience, familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and strong leadership skills to helm cross-functional teams from preconstruction through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Utility-scale Solar Self-perform construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Suite. Database experience is a plus.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Experience in leadership of teams of people.
• Extensive travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, construction, and completion of a utility-scale solar project.
• Oversee engineering and design discipline throughout the project.
• Develop and manage customer relationships during the project lifecycle.
• Plan upfront and ensure adherence to the design and construction schedule.
• Manage all financial aspects of the project and coordinate with Project Control.
• Administer the contract between customer and EPC.
• Coordinate with business development and pre-construction teams for closeout.
• Coordinate equipment selection and procurement with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
