Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design, construction, and successful completion of utility-scale solar projects. You will oversee engineering, scheduling, safety, and client management through commercial operation.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, self-perform solar construction background, and a degree in engineering or construction management. Travel is extensive; proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in utility-scale solar EPC
• Self-perform construction experience for solar projects
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite; database experience a plus
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software
• Proven leadership of teams and extensive travel

Responsibilities

• Leads design, construction execution and project completion for utility-scale solar
• Manages client relationships throughout project lifecycle
• Oversees engineering and design discipline across the project
• Plans upfront and ensures adherence to design and construction schedule
• Manages financials of the project with Project Control
• Manages contract administration between customer and EPC
• Leads closeout with business development and pre-construction teams
• Coordinates equipment selection and procurement with Engineering and Supply Chain
