Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Warranty Manager to lead the warranty phase across PRE projects. You will act as the principal client contact for warranty claims and status updates, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with field leaders.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, customer focus, and the ability to mobilize resources to close claims efficiently. Occasional travel is expected as projects demand.

• Deliver end-of-warranty presentations to clients.

Job Overview:Primoris Renewable Energy (PRE) is seeking a Warranty Manager to join our O&M team. The Warranty Manager is responsible for managing the warranty phase of all projects for PRE.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Responsible for safely managing the warranty phase of all projects for PREStrong understanding of the safety requirements while doing work in a live functioning solar plantHave the technical knowledge and understanding to competently review each warranty claim for validity in comparison to Primoris warranty obligationsStrong ability to always interface with customers in a positive manner, keeping the PRE tenants in doing soServe as principle point of contact for all clients during the warranty phase to submit warranty claims to and receive status updates regarding any active warranty claimsMay be required to interface with the General Superintendents and Trade Superintendents to identify labor and equipment resources to complete warranty claims if neededManage and direct team of warranty techniciansAt all times the Warranty Manager shall keep updated an aggregated Warranty Claim Log and distribute to the Operations team monthlyProvide an end of warranty presentation to clients as EPC projects near the final completion stage, may need to update existing presentations to meet obligations of each projectBasic Qualifications:Ability to travel as needed requiredSafety FocusMust communicate and collaborate well within large team and field personnelStrong skills with Microsoft office products to be able to assist in any reporting requirementsStrong customer focusStrong technical skills in relation to all aspects of a working PV solar faciltyBenefits:Paid Company HolidaysPaid Sick LeaveMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contributionEligible for Bonus PlanCompany Overview:The management team at PRE has a great deal of experience in the solar industry with 1 GW of projects managed, sold and completed in the last 5 years.
