NextEra Energy is seeking a PV Solar Field Technician II (Intermediate level) to support the operations and maintenance of our PV Solar systems in Moro, AR. You will be a member of the Renewable Operations & Integration team, ensuring reliable performance and safety in field conditions.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with construction for project commissioning.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED required.
• 1+ year of related PV solar field experience.
• Valid non-CDL driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of PV Solar systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning panels and component replacement.
• Troubleshoot failures using monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with operations and construction teams for maintenance plans and project commissioning.
• Generate maintenance reports and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment conditions.
