Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources is seeking a PV Solar Field Technician at an intermediate level for sites in the Brinkley, AR area. The role focuses on operation and maintenance of solar PV collections, inverters, and related electrical/electronic systems to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

Responsibilities include safety, inspections, troubleshooting, and supporting regional teammates. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year experience, and a valid non-CDL driver's license; relocation possible.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED is required.
• Experience: 1+ years.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) is required.
• Trade School Graduate preferred.
• Licensing as Electrician or Master Electrician preferred.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reliability engineering.
• Warranty management.
• Operation and basic maintenance.
• Electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs.
