NextEra Energy is seeking a PV Solar Field Technician II (Intermediate) in Moro, AR to support the operation and maintenance of PV Solar systems. You will conduct inspections, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot to ensure reliable performance.

As part of the Renewable Operations & Integration (ROI) team, you will collaborate with operations and construction, generate maintenance reports, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in PV solar or electrical maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct routine inspections of PV solar systems to identify issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cleaning panels and replacing components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures using monitoring tools and records.
