Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a PV Solar Technician to support the operations and maintenance of solar systems in Arkansas. You will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance of PV assets.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience, plus a valid non-CDL driver's license. Collaboration with ROI and construction teams is essential, with rigorous safety practices guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED is required.
• Experience: 1+ years in electrical, mechanical, or solar maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of PV Solar systems to identify and address maintenance or performance issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including cleaning panels and replacing faulty components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with operations to implement maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with construction during installation and commissioning of new PV Solar projects.
• Generate reports and maintain records of inspections and activities.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Stay updated with industry trends in PV Solar tech.
