Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive PV module sales in C&I and residential sectors. The role is remote with about 50% travel, covering multiple states and reporting to senior management, including occasional visits to Teaneck, NJ.

The successful candidate will develop pipelines, pursue opportunities in New York and the Southeast Central region, and manage relationships with developers, contractors, and channel partners to grow large-scale projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business or electrical field.
• 3+ years of sales or business development in solar-related industry.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Capitalize on HQCA’s existing solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue growth in New York solar market & Southeast Central with focus on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Develop new customers with channel partners to drive pull-in sales from contractors.
• Prioritize new customers among developers, contractors, and roof installers; expand geographically."
• Manage relationships and communicate with key customers including purchase orders, receivables, and logistics.
• Observe RFP opportunities; build and manage sales pipeline.
• Conduct market analysis to inform Qcells strategy in North America.
• Define go-to-market strategies and partnerships in the C&I sector.
• Define business model and contract terms; coordinate with Marketing on campaigns.
• All other duties as assigned by Head of C&I Module Sales.
