Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp seeks a Manager of Technical Pre-Sales Support – PV Module in Houston. You will translate customer needs into technically viable, commercially optimized PV module solutions, coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, and Project Execution.

The role requires deep PV/module knowledge, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in Houston with up to 30% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in renewable energy with PV module design, support, or technical sales.
• Solid PV module tech knowledge and integration concepts for large solar farms.
• Experience with contract reviews (MSA), defect handling, and testing regimes.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for utility-scale PV module opportunities.
• Develop technical proposals, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Support RFP/RFI responses addressing module performance and specs.
• Contribute to PV performance models and energy yield analyses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Estimating, and Project Execution teams.
