Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) is seeking a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive revenue from C&I and residential PV modules in the US Southeast. The role requires remote work from GA/NC/SC/FL with about 50% travel, including periodic reporting to the Teaneck NJ office.

You will build pipelines, engage developers and contractors, and coordinate with marketing to push campaigns and contracts across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or electrical field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in solar-related industry, preferably at the community and/or utility scale.
• Ability to develop PV business with utility and commercial developers.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Creative drive for entrepreneurial opportunities and the flexibility to work with various types of customers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on HQCA’s existing solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue new opportunities for growth in the Southeastern solar markets.
• Prioritize new customers among developers, contractors, and roof installers; prioritize opportunities by geography.
• Manage relationships and communicate with key customers including purchase orders, AR, technical support, and logistics.
• Observe RFP opportunities; build and manage the pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with partners and customers in the C&I sector.
• Define the business model and standard contract terms with Marketing campaigns.
