The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the WND product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will also manage our content library as well as pursuit execution, ensuring we’re articulating the best story and value to our clients in compelling and differentiated ways.

The opportunity:

The Pursuit Senior Specialist will help position the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) product across North America by developing compelling value propositions. This role manages pursuit processes and our content library, ensuring effective storytelling and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creates original pursuit and marketing content tailored for decision-makers by collaborating with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer insights, strategically addressing customer needs.
2. Provides strategic guidance on RFP responses to optimize customer outcomes, including value propositions, services, and storyline.
3. Manages pursuit efforts from start to finish, including planning, gathering technical inputs, conducting reviews, and ensuring top-quality deliverables.
4. Leads internal teams throughout the pursuit, briefing leadership and making insightful recommendations.
5. Ensures deliverables meet customer requirements while telling a compelling story with strong narratives and win themes.
6. Contributes to and maintains the content library and growth enablement materials.
7. Supports the evolution of best practices in pursuit content and execution.
8. Assists with other pursuit-related functions as needed.

We are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and proposal writing, preferably in logistics or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Curious, thoughtful, positive attitude, detail-oriented, quick learner.
• Experience handling high-volume, fast-turnaround customer requests and internal initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate or advanced familiarity with Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.

Domestic travel up to 10% may be required based on business needs.

Pay Range:

$70,000 to $85,000

The stated salary range is an estimate; final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate, considering market conditions and other factors.
