The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the WND product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will also manage our content library as well as pursuit execution, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our clients in compelling and differentiated ways.

This is a remote position that can report anywhere within the U.S.

The opportunity:

The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will manage pursuit execution as well as our content library, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our customers in compelling and differentiated ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create best-in-class, original pursuit and marketing content customized for decision-makers by collaborating with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer insights, strategically determining the necessary content to address customer needs.
• Provide strategic direction on RFP responses to deliver optimal customer outcomes, including value propositions, services, and storylines.
• Manage pursuit efforts from start to finish, including planning, gathering technical inputs from business units, conducting reviews, and ensuring top-quality deliverables.
• Lead internal teams throughout pursuit processes, briefing leadership and making insightful recommendations.
• Develop and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements while telling compelling stories through narratives and win themes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our content library and growth enablement materials.
• Support the evolution of best practices in content creation and pursuit execution.
• Assist with other pursuit-related functions as needed.

We are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and writing in related industries; experience with Contract Logistics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Curious, thoughtful, positive attitude, detail-oriented, quick learner.
• Experience supporting high-volume, quick-turnaround customer requests and internal initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs to develop pursuit content.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.

Domestic travel may be required up to 10% of the time based on business needs.

Pay Range:

$70,000 to $85,000

*The stated pay range is an anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors. The final salary will be discussed with the selected candidate(s) in accordance with applicable laws.
