The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the WND product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will also manage our content library as well as pursuit execution, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our clients in compelling and differentiated ways.

This is a remote position that can report anywhere within the U.S.

The Opportunity:

The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will manage pursuit execution as well as our content library, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our customers in compelling and differentiated ways.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create best-in-class, original pursuit and marketing content customized for decision-makers by collaborating with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer, strategically determining the necessary content to address customer needs.

2. Provide strategic direction on RFP responses to deliver optimal customer outcomes, including value proposition, services, and storyline.

3. Manage pursuit efforts from start to finish, including planning, gathering technical inputs, conducting reviews, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

4. Lead internal teams throughout the opportunity, briefing leadership and making insightful recommendations.

5. Develop and ensure compliance of deliverables with customer requirements while telling a compelling story through narratives and win themes.

6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our content library and growth enablement materials.

7. Support the evolution of best practices in content creation and pursuit execution.

8. Assist with other pursuit-related functions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; an advanced or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

2. 3-5 years of experience in writing and pursuit management in a related industry; experience with Contract Logistics is highly preferred.

3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Curious, thoughtful, positive attitude, detail-oriented, quick learner.

5. Experience supporting high-volume, quick-turnaround customer requests and large internal initiatives with minimal oversight.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Effective cross-organizational collaboration skills.

8. Strong project management skills.

9. Knowledge of Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint is a plus.

10. Experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is highly preferred.

11. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is advantageous.

Domestic travel up to 10% may be required based on business needs.

Pay Range:

$70,000 to $85,000*

*The stated pay range is an anticipated starting salary range. The company may adjust this based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary will be discussed with the successful candidate according to applicable laws.
