The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the WND product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will also manage our content library as well as pursuit execution, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our clients in compelling and differentiated ways.

The Opportunity

The Pursuit Senior Specialist will help position the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) product across North America by developing compelling value propositions. The role involves managing pursuit execution and maintaining our content library to effectively communicate our story and value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create original pursuit and marketing content tailored for decision-makers in collaboration with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer insights.
2. Provide strategic guidance on RFP responses, focusing on value propositions, services, and storytelling.
3. Manage end-to-end pursuit efforts, including planning, technical inputs, reviews, and delivery of high-quality proposals.
4. Lead internal teams throughout opportunities, briefing leadership and making insightful recommendations.
5. Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and tell a compelling story with strong narratives and win themes.
6. Maintain and develop our content library and growth enablement materials.
7. Support the evolution of best practices in content and pursuit execution.
8. Assist with other pursuit-related activities as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an advanced or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and writing, preferably in related industries; experience with Contract Logistics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Curious, thoughtful, positive attitude, detail-oriented, quick learner.
• Experience supporting high-volume, quick-turnaround requests and large internal initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs to develop pursuit content.
• Strong project management skills.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint.
• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.

Domestic travel up to 10% may be required based on business needs.

Pay Range

$70,000 to $85,000. The actual starting salary will be determined based on market conditions and other factors, and discussed with the selected candidate(s).
