The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the WND product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will also manage our content library as well as pursuit execution, ensuring we're articulating the best story and value to our clients in compelling and differentiated ways.

This is a remote position that can report anywhere within the U.S.

The Opportunity:

The Pursuit Senior Specialist will contribute to the positioning of the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) product across North America through the development of strong value propositions. This role will manage pursuit execution and our content library, ensuring compelling storytelling and differentiation for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create original pursuit and marketing content tailored to decision-makers by collaborating with internal SMEs and leveraging Voice of Customer insights.
2. Provide strategic direction on RFP responses, including value propositions, services, and storyline.
3. Manage pursuit efforts from start to finish, including planning, technical inputs, reviews, and deliverables.
4. Lead internal teams throughout opportunities, briefing leadership and making strategic recommendations.
5. Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements while telling compelling stories with strong narratives and win themes.
6. Maintain and develop our content library and growth enablement materials.
7. Support the evolution of best practices in pursuit content and execution.
8. Assist with other pursuit-related functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and writing in related industries; experience with Contract Logistics is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Curious, detail-oriented, positive attitude, quick learner.
• Experience handling high-volume, quick-turnaround requests and internal initiatives.
• Effective project management skills.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is advantageous.

Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Pay Range:

$70,000 to $85,000
