Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks a Proposal/Pursuit Coordinator to support the Virginia/DC region with coordination and marketing for government proposals. You will produce high-quality submissions, manage the pursuit process, and collaborate with SMEs, marketing, and technical staff.

The role offers ESOP ownership and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and retirement programs. A/E/C experience and RFQ/RFP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, or related field.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C experience.
• Knowledge of the RFQ/RFP structure and proposal process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.
• Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Search for leads and opportunities; coordinate pursuit process from kick-off to closeout.
• Prepare major sections of pursuits with SMEs; ensure quality assurance in production and delivery.
• Generate reports for marketing; maintain resumes, boilerplate info, and project descriptions.
