• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C experience.
• Proficiency with RFQ/RFP structure and proposal process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and InDesign.
• CRM systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, expressions of interest, and presentations.
• Prepare compliant, high-quality submissions with strong customer service.
• Coordinate pursuit process from kickoff to delivery and closeout.
• Produce major sections of pursuits with SMEs input.
• Maintain marketing materials and databases; track leads and wins/losses.
• Generate reports for technical staff on marketing activities.
• Adhere to QMS ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.
