Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of A/E/C experience and knowledge of RFP structure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign; CRM systems knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-focused service.
• Familiarity with proposal processes and marketing databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and review government proposals, expressions of interest, and presentations.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant submissions and strong customer service.
• Search for leads, coordinate pursuit phases, and draft major sections with SMEs.
• Coordinate production, printing, delivery, and QA/QC of pursuits.
• Provide marketing support, data entry, and maintain marketing materials.
• Collaborate with technical, administrative, and marketing staff across offices.
