Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. seeks an experienced Proposal/Pursuit Coordinator to lead and coordinate government proposals for the Virginia/DC region.

You will guide the pursuit from kickoff through delivery, work with SMEs on content, and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions while delivering outstanding client service. The role also involves maintaining marketing materials, data entry for databases, and collaboration with technical, marketing, and administrative staff across offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 7+ years of related A/E/C experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.
• Proficient in CRM Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, award submissions, and presentations.
• Coordinate pursuit production, printing, and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance/quality control.
• Maintain visually appealing marketing materials and data in databases.
• Gather market information and develop collateral to support growth.
• Generate reports on marketing efforts and assist training of other staff.
