Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great guest experiences by setting expectations for fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency.
• Develop leaders and teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supporting Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Own the business by driving restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Drive community presence by maintaining Firehouse Subs standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building local engagement that supports the brand’s purpose.
