Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a fast casual restaurant. You will be fully responsible for daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance in a dynamic, community‑focused environment.

You will drive profitability while upholding our commitment to hearty food, heartfelt service, and brand values, working closely with district leadership and the franchise owner.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and inventory.
• Passion for guest service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: ensure health, safety, labor, and employment regulations.
• Leadership & Culture: build a positive, team‑oriented environment.
• Guest Experience: deliver exceptional service and maintain food quality and cleanliness.
• Financial Performance: manage food and labor costs, control expenses, drive sales growth.
• Team Development: recruit, train, and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: drive local marketing and community events.
• Foundation Support: promote Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Facility Management: maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
• Communication: keep open lines with District Manager and ownership.
