Job summary

Lilly is seeking experienced Process Engineers to support purification of biologics, peptides, oligonucleotides, and bioconjugates at a new Lebanon, IN facility. This startup team will build processes and GMP operations for scalable production of API materials.

Role involves risk assessments, equipment modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with safety, QA, and operations to ensure quality and compliance throughout development and qualification phases.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemical engineering or related discipline with 1–4 years in pharma/biotech/CMO.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact and risk assessments for equipment and unit operations.
• Learn lab and plant design for purification equipment and automation recipes.
