Job summary

Lilly in Indiana is seeking a Process Engineer to support small molecule API manufacturing at the Lebanon site. You will develop and sustain process knowledge, optimize equipment, and ensure cGMP compliance.

You will collaborate across functions, perform risk assessments, and author technical reports. Must have a B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering and 2+ years' pharma or chemical manufacturing experience; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical manufacturing, or CMO environment or other relevant batch manufacturing process.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact and risk assessments for unit operations.
• Learn lab and plant reactor design, including automation recipes and procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain and review process data, technical notebooks, and reports.
