Job summary

Pinnacle in Morgan Hill seeks a Project Coordinator to support production, project, and purchasing activities. This role serves as a path to Project Manager, focusing on purchasing in the local operation and providing cross-functional backup as needed.

You will review, process, track, and receive POs with our vendor network to ensure best product choices for client builds while maintaining data accuracy and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in construction/fabrication or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process POs and input purchasing data into systems.
• Coordinate with vendor network for training and updates.
• Manage stocked inventory and cycle counts.
• Source materials for projects and troubleshoot shortages.
• Communicate timing and issues to project teams.
• Reconcile purchases with A/P and monitor data accuracy.
• Travel for on-site supervision as needed.
