Pendulum is seeking a organized Project Coordinator to join the Product team in San Francisco. You will work with the Program Manager to keep projects moving, supporting Supply Chain and cross‑functional initiatives such as supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project management in operations, supply chain, procurement or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort working with data in spreadsheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, lookups)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination and management of Supply Chain and other cross‑functional projects, including supplier onboarding, packaging changes and new product launches
• Draft meeting agendas, capture notes and action items, and distribute follow‑ups
• Monitor daily progress on project deliverables and flag risks, delays, or blockers to the Program Manager
• Maintain project documentation, keeping files, trackers, and shared folders organized, current, and easy to find
• Update project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Schedule meetings and coordinate availability across internal teams and external partners
• Work cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Product, and Marketing
• Serve as the main point of contact between team members and the Program Manager.
• Draft and update SOPs and checklists as workflows change
• Help run project kickoffs and retrospectives, and capture lessons learned
• Help identify opportunities to improve project processes and templates.
