Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of technology projects across our nationwide IT PMO.

You will work under a Senior IT Project Manager and gain hands-on experience while contributing to project execution. The role emphasizes coordinating meetings, maintaining plans, and documenting artifacts in SharePoint, with daily use of AI tools to boost speed and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own all project meetings with scheduling, agendas, and notes.
• Track and manage project tasks and deliverables in Jira with timely updates.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Own project documentation in SharePoint using proper structure and version control.
• Support vendor relationships: track invoices, coordinate logistics, and maintain contacts.
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and presentation decks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and document references.
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve coordination deliverables.
