Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented Associate, Ordering to manage the stock ordering fulfillment process and issue purchase orders. You will ensure accurate dealer invoices and drive MSO receipt timing with dealers.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location is Owings Mills, MD, with base salary and benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years business experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or comparable software.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to legally work in country of hire without support from organization.
• Strong customer service orientation and disposition.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order management.
• Issue purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing.
• Manage receipt of MSOs from dealers to initiate MSO process.
• Communicate with dealers for post payment activities including MSO requests, delivery confirmation, and payment detail validation.
• Complete new dealer set up.
• Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information.
