• Manage end-to-end factory ordering process for multiple manufacturers.
• Oversee dealer network operations and maintain strong client/dealer relationships.
• Monitor production schedules, option availability, and order status with manufacturers.
• Process orders within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specs.
• Prepare and review weekly reports to identify discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Provide guidance to sales teams and support services regarding order status and updates.
• Support delivery logistics and assist with process improvements to reduce costs.
