Job summary

Element Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented Associate, Ordering, to join our team in Owings Mills, MD. You will be a subject matter expert in the fulfillment of stock ordering, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring timely MSO processing.

You will also set up new dealers and verify payment details to enable smooth post-payment activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of business experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• 1–2 years business experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and manage PO accuracy.
• Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing.
• Manage receipt of MSOs from dealers to ensure timely initiation of MSO process.
• Communicate with dealers for post payment activities including requesting MSO, confirming delivery, and validating payment details.
• Complete new dealer setup.
• Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information.

This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data.
