Job summary

JW Nutritional, LLC, a dietary supplement manufacturer based in Allen, TX, seeks an entry-level Purchasing Coordinator to support procurement activities and maintain records. You will work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate purchasing processes.

You will coordinate purchase orders, maintain ERP data, and help manage inbound shipments while supporting cross-functional teams on current and upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in related position preferred.
• Practical experience with ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment and assist with supplier communication.
• Maintain purchasing records, update order statuses, and data entry in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with logistics to arrange and track inbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• File claims for discrepancies or damages and monitor open orders.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and product development teams on projects.
• Assist with non-conformance material return when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager.
