Job summary

JW Nutritional, LLC is a dietary supplement manufacturer headquartered in Allen, TX. This entry-level Purchasing Coordinator role supports all purchasing activities, coordinating with internal departments and vendors to ensure resources are available and records are accurate.

You will manage POs, track shipments, and maintain data in ERP and MS Office while working with production, quality and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time deliveries. Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in related position preferred.
• ERP and MS Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from initiation to fulfillment with accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintain purchasing records and update order statuses in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with logistics to track inbound shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
• File claims for discrepancies or damages.
• Monitor open orders and provide shipment status updates to the team.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales and product development on projects.
