Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Punch Press Operator for the Dixon, IL location. The role involves setting up and operating punch presses and related equipment to fabricate metal components according to drawings and specifications.

The 1st shift runs Monday through Thursday, 4:00am to 2:00pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and be able to work safely in a busy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch presses and related equipment to form metal per drawings.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints to meet specifications.
• Use hand tools and count products accurately.
• Address routine questions; refer complex issues as needed.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies; use PPE as required.
