Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints and operate computer systems.

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and safety compliance.
• Clear communication with team and other plant personnel.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and understand the pleating process and machines.
• Set up and operate pleating fixtures and equipment.
• Pleat media to match prints and route sheets.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Maintain production records and paperwork (scrap, usage, tests).
• Monitor production rates and notify supervisor of any issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Follow DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and wear PPE.
