The role requires reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and completing changeovers with a focus on safety and teamwork on 2nd shift (3:00PM – 11:30PM) at the Greeneville, TN facility.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and routings to manage return to stock and scrap.
• Perform basic math to manage quantities and stock.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Complete paperwork accurately (scrap sheets, safety checks, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch press equipment as directed.
• Produce stamped liners and blanks meeting specs and schedules.
• Perform machine changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Maintain quality through inspections and adjustments as needed.
• Document production and inventory activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
